Our YouTube Channel: talkSTEM
The YouTube channel includes walkSTEM Academy, our collection of place based learning videos from the walkSTEM Initiative, and many other video categories. The first two are produced by talkSTEM and the third category is produced by us in partnership with you! You can use this YouTube Guide to navigate the free educational resources available to you. walkSTEM Guides are also available to accompany walkSTEM videos.
- Our walkSTEM playlists comprising collections of short videos in places such as Love Field Airport, Dallas Arts District, NorthPark Center, Girl Scouts STEM Center of Excellence, and more. These videos highlight the message that STEM is everywhere – in malls, airports, artwork, nature, and everyday objects.
- Our talking STEM video playlists, which include varied videos designed for use in both classrooms and out of school learning environments, including panel discussions such as “STEM in the Dallas Arts District” and “Women in Tech”. Also included are short videos by a wide range of women in STEM. We hope these videos will engage and inspire growing numbers of students and educators.
- Create Your Own walkSTEM playlists consist of videos created by individuals and groups who are inspired by our purpose and methods. We would love for teachers, professors, informal educators, corporate teams, and students of all ages to join the #walkSTEM movement and share so we can all travel the world and see varied places and processes through your STEM lens!
